The Acadia suite of products is comprised of both hardware and software options that can provide more real-time capability and a more cost-effective solution than alternative single technologies, such as gimbals.

Acadia is available in two standard hardware configurations:

• Acadia I PCI Vision Accelerator: Short PCI board, accelerates Pyramid Vision’s family of standard or customized software.
• Ruggedized Acadia: Self-contained vision system for harsh environments, designed for stand-alone operation, with pre-installed Stabilization & Mosaicking, and/or Fusion application software, or as a platform with selected SDKs.

The power of Acadia can be increased with optional software modules:

• Acadia GeoSight Mapper: Selected by US Government for integration in UAV platforms; provides real-time, fully-automatic video geo-positioning capability that simultaneously adds geographical context and corrects for narrow views and poor video quality.
• Acadia GeoSight Tracker Software Kit: Detects, tags and tracks multiple objects of varying size, moving at varying speeds – even from a moving platform.
